Shipping policy

• Products ship within 1-3 business days from order date.
• Standard shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 10AM until 4PM Central Standard Time.
• Orders that are received after 4PM CST will ship the following business day.
• Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding all major holidays.
• All orders are processed within 2 business days.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All orders will receive a confirmation email when order is placed followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
• PLEASE NOTE due to the acts of nature and other issues that may arise we cannot offer guarantee of the performance from couriers. As a result Pretty Raw Tresses are NOT held liable for lost, late,or damaged packages. Please file a claim  the respective courier.
• International orders take up to 10 business days for delivery and are usually shipped via FEDEX. Please note, Tariffed charges by your home country are NOT COVERED.
• If for whatever reason your package gets returned to us we will charge a flat restock fee of $25.

 

We are unable to make any changes to your orders that are placed in the system.Please ensure your address is entered correctly which includes all other relevant information. 

Be sure to use the correct street numbers, abbreviations, apartment numbers and or building number. These are critical as it pertains to ensuring proper delivery.
